Volunteer!

Every year, the Rally is a success because people like you can put in a few hours to help out.  We have a job that will fit you, at a time that will work for you - everything from greeting arrivals at the door, to selling regalia, to helping at the feature/marque display.  We need more people to make this year's Rally the best yet.

We also have a fantastic committee of volunteers who help with the pre-planning and organization of the rally before it even takes place! With a handful of online video/conference calls and 1-2 in-person meetings per year, you can make a difference!

The rally is coming up quick! If you have not signed up with your online registration to volunteer, please visit April Temple-Spears at the Volunteer Desk in the Main Hall during the Rally. She will gladly take your information and review the areas where we can use the help based on your capabilities and availability. Thank you to all who have put their name in the volunteer and we are looking forward to a fantastic rally!

If you feel you can contribute to the committee but do not see a fitting position, please still contact us as we may have something for you or assisting a current member! RallyHelp@cvmg.ca
