Engine  has been rebuilt (valves and Cylinder) due to excessive oil burning.  Carbs rebuilt to spec and new water pump,  running properly now and ridden regularly until this week. .  It is ready to certify but I cannot take it to the mechanic.  My knee just went south and I am unable to ride 2 wheels.
